HIPPY Australia values feedback to allow us to improve the program and delivery to the community. We want to hear about things we are doing well and the things we can improve.
We know it can be difficult to give feedback or make a complaint. To help make it easier we want you to know that:
- you have the right to ask questions and to tell us how we might improve our HIPPY program
- we will listen to your feedback and take your comments seriously
- we aim to sort out any concerns or complaints quickly, fairly and confidentially
